FACTON has entered into a partnership with Siemens PLM Software to integrate the FACTON® Enterprise Product Costing (EPC) solution with Teamcenter® software.

The integration will enable users to have a closed loop process for the development of product cost estimates, resulting in comparisons of “Target” costs to the “Actual” costs and target events to the actual lifecycle events which occurred in the product development process. This will provide more accurate product cost estimates early in the product lifecycle resulting in improved risk management, enhanced productivity and better forecasts to improve overall enterprise profitability.
