12. VDA Mittelstandstag - 05/02/2012
The 12th VDA-Mittelstandstag takes place under the heading:
Innovation und offene Märkte - Neue Strategien der Zusammenarbeit?
(Innovation and Open Markets - New Strategies of Cooperation?)
For many years this congress, organized by the SMB section of the German automotive industry association, is regarded as key networking event for German automotive SMB´s. This year´s keynote speakers are among others Renate Künast (Bündnis 90/Die Grünen), Andreas Müllender (Adam Opel AG) and Franz-Josef Kortüm (Webasto AG).

Vision Days 2012 - 03/08/2012
The Wassermann AG welcomed approx. 180 guests from politics, economy and media at the 22nd Vision-Days in the ‘Haus der Bayerischen Wirtschaft`on the 8th March 2012.
FACTON was not only visible as exhibitor but also by holding a well-attended keynote about the scope and best practice of Enterprise Product Costing. FACTON-CEO Alexander M. Swoboda introduced for FACTON the company and the EPC-Concept. Subsequently Stefan Wedderkopp went into detail about the advantages of the FACTON EPC-Solution with specific application examples and answered the numerous questions.
This year´s motto of the supply chain management congress was: “Unsichere Zeiten – Robuste Prozesse – Schlanke IT” (‘Uncertain times – Robust processes – Slim IT’). Focus of the audience´ interest was the question on how processes can be created more robust to cushion the variation of volatile sales and procurement markets, and thereby not create more It and management overheads. Concrete best practice keynotes of renowned and industry-leading companies offered valuable insights in practical supply chain excellence.
