Conditions of participation

Registration
Please use the enclosed fax form to register for FACTON Academy.

Confirmation
Following your registration you will receive immediate confirmation. In case the training has to be cancelled by the host due to important reasons no claims regarding contingent costs already incurred can be made by the participants or their company. Trainings with less than 3 participants will not be held.

Training costs
Please see the registration form for information on costs. Costs will be invoiced after the training and include the training, applicable documentation and catering during the training.  

Training documentation
Each participant receives extensive training material which is explicitly protected by the copy rights of the producer. Copies and reprints are only permitted with the express approval of the producer. 

Cancellation
Cancellations without fee are possible until 2 weeks prior training start. Cancellations within 2 weeks prior to trainings start will be invoiced with the full training amount.

Miscellaneous
1. FACTON GmbH shall not be liable for accidents occured in the training rooms. No liability shall be accepted for objects and items that have been purloined from the training rooms.

2. Alterations and additions to the contract between the client and FACTON – especially but not exclusively individual agreements – require written confirmation in order to be effective.

3. The training will only be conducted in presence of a mininum number of participants.
