For more than ten years Alexander M. Swoboda, graduate of business administration, has held a wide variety of positions in the field of international finance and strategy at companies including Siemens AG and the business consultancy McKinsey, and was an associate partner of an Austrian venture capital fund. He has been in charge of the Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Marketing divisions at FACTON since October 2009.
Christoph Müller, Development & Professional Services
Christoph Müller, graduate of sociology and education, acquired a wealth of IT knowledge from his experience at Siemens AG. He has more than twenty years of managerial experience in the IT and software industry and has held various management positions at companies including Lufthansa Systems, Software AG, and Saperion AG. He has been responsible for the Development and Professional Services division at FACTON since August 2008.
Axel Weese, Sales & Partner Management
Industrial engineer Axel Weese has long-term sales and management experience at leading international IT companies such as IBM and PTC. He is an established expert in enterprise software and product life cycle management (PLM). His most recent position was automotive director at PTC for the sales and partner business for Central and Eastern Europe. At FACTON, he has been in charge of direct and partner sales, the international and inter-sectorial sales structure expansion, as well as the development of alliance partner relations since September 2010.
