FACTON Supports Growing Customer Base in North America, Hosts First User Group Meeting

FACTON opened its new office in Troy, MI and announced plan to expand North American operations at the first North American User Group Meeting.

Potsdam, Germany, June 13, 2016   FACTON, a global technology company providing leading Enterprise Product Costing (EPC) software for manufacturing industries, recently hosted its North American customers at its new office, located at 101 West Big Beaver in Troy, MI.  In a packed room, FACTON executive management shared company growth initiatives including the launch of local operations to better serve the needs of FACTON’s North American customer base.

 

With overwhelming support from customers, FACTON announced the formation of a North America User Group.  The group’s focus is to promote customer interaction with FACTON product management and influence solution development for the specific needs of North American users.  “We are pleased with the support we received from our customers to establish this very important community designed to ensure rapid delivery of localized functionality and to share user experiences,” said Alex Swoboda, CEO of FACTON.

 

Users from TI Automotive, Mahle, Vibracoustic, Ford Motor Company, Buehler Motors, Eberspacher and others attended the meeting.  “We would like to thank Don deVeer of Ford Motor Company, our featured speaker, for sharing the experience of working with FACTON on the global roll-out of FACTON’s Should Cost solution at Ford Motor Company,” explained Swoboda.
