Alexander M. Swoboda

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Alexander M. Swoboda has worked in various management positions in the international financial and strategy sectors for more than twenty years. Among his former employers are Siemens AG and McKinsey. Alexander was an Associate Partner of an Austrian venture capital fund. He joined FACTON in October 2009 as CFO and later took over the role of COO. In 2015, Alexander was appointed CEO.

Ralf Altpeter

GENERAL MANAGER
Ralf has 19 years of experience in consulting and worked at P3, Kerkhoff, and umlaut, a part of Accenture. He specializes in digitalizing Enterprise Product Costing and cost/value engineering. Ralf holds a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen and has worked in Germany and the USA. Most recently, he built and led a team of 25 consultants at umlaut focused on Cost/Value Engineering consulting. Ralf joined FACTON as General Manager in November 2022.

Piotr Faderski

VICE PRESIDENT SALES
Piotr Faderski has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, gained in various positions in the area of finance, business operations, and, above all, channels and sales in companies such as HP, CA, VMware, Citrix, and recently also in Salesforce as Vice President of sales for Central and Eastern Europe. He has managed and transformed organizations across EMEA, as well as DACH and emerging market regions, including Russia/CIS, Eastern Europe, MENA and Africa. One of his main competencies is to lead international organizations in high-growth regions. Piotr Faderski has been Vice President Sales at FACTON since February 2024 and takes leadership of our global sales organization.

Gerd Schreiter

VICE PRESIDENT R&D
Gerd Schreiter began his career working as a software developer. For more than 15 years Gerd built and lead international development teams in Ireland, the U.S., and Asia. His expertise covers financial and trading software, software for Call Center Performance Management, and e-commerce solutions. After living abroad for many years he returned to Germany in 2018 and is now responsible for the further technological enhancement of FACTON’s cost calculation software.
