    Our application process is clearly structured.

    • Once you have emailed your application to jobs(at)facton.com, we will review your documents, which should comprise a meaningful cover letter, CV and all of the relevant transcripts and certificates.
    • You will receive confirmation of receipt right away, while our review of your documents generally takes several days.
    • If we find your application convincing, we will invite you to attend a telephone or personal interview with the respective department manager and the HR department.
    • Usually, if both parties are interested, a second round of talks will follow with a member of management. Our objective is to make decisions as quickly and transparently as possible.
